Shipping Duration:

All our products are shipped out between 1 – 10 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond The Doodle Hut’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, The Doodle Hut will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Charges:

For orders above Rs. 1200, the shipping is free.

For orders below Rs. 1000, a shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applicable per order.

Returns & Exchanges:

The Doodle Hut has a no questions asked return policy. We might request you to share an image/video of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

• You must raise a return request by emailing us on thedoodlehut1@gmail.comwithin 2 days of receipt of your order
• Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
• Product must be in perfect condition
• Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality
• Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 99 where applicable will not be refunded
• For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days
• Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days.
• Personalized products are customized items tailor made to fulfill a customer’s requirement. These products are one of a kind & cannot be added back to shelf. Hence, returns, exchanges or cancellations is not possible for this special category

Cancellations:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
The Doodle Hut reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery:

• To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
• If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order
• No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method

How do I know if my area is serviceable for C.O.D or not?

We ship across India with COD available on most PIN codes. However, due to local disturbances, our courier partners may block certain PIN codes temporarily. If the PIN code you enter during checkout is non serviceable, our system will give you an error message letting you know – after which you can always decide to ship your order to an alternative address.

• IMPORTANT : Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. 
• Cancellation after booking an order will cost you Razor pay fee. Remaining balance will be refunded.
